Outline (in English)

【Course outline】The purpose of this class is to make it become able to practice physical activities tailored to targets for achievements and physical and mental individuality of the subjects. Besides, students aim at learning knowledge and information about the nature of health and QoL and acquire the ability to be able to provide appropriate advice to others about exercise, not simply learning the methods of how to weight and body-fat loss and skeletal muscle reinforcing.

【Learning Objectives】By the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. Construct the content of physical activity appropriately according to the purpose.
2. Provide advice on physical activity practices tailored to the target population.
3. Report evidence on physical activity using appropriate analytical methods and expressions.

【Learning activities outside of the classroom】Students are expected to gather information about the class content at the library before attending the class and practice each activity and write a reaction paper based on the class content. In sessions 11 to 13, we will search for literature according to the theme of each student's inquiry and discuss the results of these searches. The standard time required for these preparations and reviews is two hours each.

【Grading Criteria/Policy】The evaluation uses the following formula to evaluate in each session learning subjects, with a maximum of 100 points.

Evaluation score = [Sum of all scores for all subjects] / [Highest score possible for all subjects (number of tasks x 100)] x 100
