Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This class is a seminar for students to enhance their education on health promotion in the future.The subject is a students who got the unit of class 1 in spring semester.
In the class, it is an active learning type that practices and verifies for strength training.
Students must to make a more sophisticated training program compared with class 1 and verify the effect.
【Learning Objectives】
1: Be able to implement training methods according to objectives.
2: To be able to create a step-by-step plan to help achieve goals.
3: To be able to implement the step-by-step plan
4: To be able to verify the effects of training after a certain period of time.
5: To be able to present the verified training effects
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Students have to take active acts in class.
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】
The evaluation for awarding credits for this seminar will be based on the following criteria for the five items indicated in the achievement objectives.
1)Reaction papers and reports: 30%.
2)Presentation of results (resume, materials for the presentation, attitude toward the presentation, etc.): 70%.
