Outline (in English)

This lecture explain broadly the basic knowledge and method for creating a rich cultural environment which is important for realizing Well-being Society. The goals of this course are to acquire the ability to create a cultural environment, such as the law related to the creation of a cultural environment and basic knowledge such as the preservation and utilization of cultural heritage. Students should look at the projects and attempts being made to create a historic and cultural environment in their area. Also, be sure to visit museums and museum exhibitions. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class. Final grade will be calculated according to the following process Mid-term report, term end report(70%),and in-class contribution(30%).
