Outline (in English)

This course introduces the interaction between people and the environments, microlevel, midlevel, macro level intervention, the theories and practice models, social work knowledges, values, skills, the concepts and process of community social work, care management, and supervision. At the end of the course, participants are expected to explain the essential concepts of social work theories as an empowering profession, the various elements that make up social work and practice the role of social worker on assessment.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 60%、Short reports : 40%
