Outline (in English)

【Course outline】The purpose of this course is to help students master the basic concepts of environmental sociology and sociology of local community. 【Learning Objectives】At the end of the course, students are expected to describe major methods and theories of environmental sociology and sociology of local community, discuss the role of local community policy and apply the treatment of local community problems.【Learning activities outside of classroom】Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content. 【Grading Criteria /Policy】Grading will be decided based on reaction papers(40%) and term-end examination(60%).
