Outline (in English)

Course Outline: This course aims for an understanding of intellectual property rights. We live while taking advantage of various rights. It is necessary to understand the intellectual property rights around you and confirm your stance of protecting them. Based on examples I have experienced in literary magazines, weekly magazines, and men's visual magazines, I would like to convey a sense of the field as it differs from the law.
Learning Objectives: At the end of the course, students are expected to understand the protection of intellectual property.
Learning Activities Outside of the Classroom: Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the newspaper, and/or watched TV while thinking about the issue of intellectual property.
Grading Criteria/Policy: Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following: active participation in group work (60%); short reports (20%), in-class contribution (20%).
