Outline (in English)

 Philosophy of law is an academic discipline that learns the fundamental and background ideas and theories of the positive law. This lecture aims to acquire basic concepts in Philosophy of law and to be able to see the law from various viewpoints."Philosophy of Law" is a discipline, which considers fundamental legal ideas and backgrounds of positive laws. The aim of this lecture is that students can understand basic concepts or principles, and get various viewpoints for laws. Themas of "Philosophy of Law 2" are not only theoretical problems as the concept of law, or theories of legal reasoning, but also, the analyse of actual problems form the perspectives of it, namely "Global Justice", "Justice among different generations", "enviromental justice", "animal rights", "civil disobdience" and so on.
Before each lesson, participants should read the rellevant chapter
After each lesson, a simple "quiz" to check the contents will be given online, and grades will be evaluated based on the term-end report.
