Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
In this course, students will learn the basic knowledge and role of the disclosure system, how to read statutory disclosure documents, and the role of the disclosure system, through various examples of the disclosure.

(Learning Objectives)
The purpose of this lecture is to make students understand the disclosure system including non-financial information of listed companies and to acquire the ability to utilize accurate and detailed information of listed companies. For example, by taking this lecture, students will be able to obtain and utilize disclosure information of listed companies by themselves when conducting research in their specialized field and corporate research on job hunting.
In addition, they will learn the meaning of listing, the purpose and effect of listing, and the current status of listed companies after listing, and they will understand the nature of listed companies and become more familiar with current issues of listed companies that are discussed in economic magazines and newspapers.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.

(Grading Criteria /Policies)
our overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 60%、Short reports : 40%
