Outline (in English)

Today's marketing challenge is to create a lively and interactive communities of consumers who make products and brands a part of their daily lives. This course will help students learn how to create customer value and acquire loyal customers. They will understand the innovative frameworks for customer value and customer relationship that capture the essence of today's marketing. The students will develop the presentation skills through presentation opportunities and acquire the ability to delve into problems from a multifaceted angle through discussions.
