Outline (in English)

Life-designing processes and outcomes involve with many aspects of one's lives, and as such there is a whole spectrum of relevant training and research relating to the fields. The goal of the fields, however, is one thing in common -- maximizing one's well-being. In this class, students will learn how to manage issues about their life-designing processes, so that their well-being can be maximized. Specifically, we accomplish this goal by acquiring knowledge concerning theories and methods of community psychology.
