Outline (in English)

(Course outline)  I aim at deep understanding about water resource problems in Japan by reading and releasing the text.
(Learning Objectives)A target, theory, methodology and research approach of water resource problems in Japan are acquired.
(Learning activities outside of classroom)Preparatory study and review time for this class is standard for 2 hours each.In addition to reading the relevant parts of the text before class, we will make efforts to deepen our understanding by reading papers and books according to the theme of the relevant part.After class, students improve their knowledge by reading related literature.
(Grading Criteria /Policy)Presentation: 50%, Debate: 50%
 Sufficient preparation is a major prerequisite. The question and the clarification of the issues are highly evaluated, and it is desirable to carefully separate simple questions, questions about opinions, and rebuttals.
