Outline (in English)
In this class, students will learn about the world's connections and diversity through a variety of topics related to geography, such as the natural environment and population. The goal is to be able to explain the diversity of the world and the mechanisms that produce that diversity using a geographical perspective and knowledge. The standard preparation and review time for this class is one hour each, and students are expected to think deeply about social issues related to geography and prepare for in-class discussions. Grading will be based on the content of the reaction paper to be submitted each time (40%) and the periodic examination to be given at the end of the semester (60%).

自然環境や人口といった、地理学に関連するさまざまなトピックを通じて、世界のつながりや多様性について学ぶ。

世界の多様性と、その多様性を生み出すメカニズムについて地理学的観点・知識を用いて説明できる。
