Outline (in English)
This course aims to acquire the knowledge and skills to exercise with others through intensive physical activity. Students will deepen their understanding of the significance of lifelong sports and recreation while exercising with equipment, with table tennis as the main sport. The exercise load involved in this class is not heavy, so students who do not have an exercise habit can take this course.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
1. to acquire knowledge of safe exercise through physical activity.
2. to acquire the skills to exercise with others according to individual abilities.
3. to recognize changes in one's body and physical condition while engaging in sports.
4. to understand the significance and issues of lifelong sports and recreation.
Students are expected to complete assigned tasks after some sessions, with a recommended out-of-class learning time of at least four hours per class. The final grade will be determined through the evaluation of goal achievement(50%) and these assigned tasks(50%).

授業の概要と目的(何を学ぶか)Outline and objectives
本授業の目的は、集中的な身体活動を通じて、他者とともに運動するための知識と技能を身につけることです。卓球を主な競技として、道具を用いた運動を行いながら、生涯スポーツやレクリエーションの意義について理解を深めます。本授業で取り組む運動の負荷は大きくないため、運動習慣のない学生の受講も十分に可能です。
到達目標Goal
1. 身体活動を通じて、安全に運動を実施するための知識を修得できる。
2. 個々の能力に応じて、他者と運動するための技能を修得できる。
3. 運動に親しみながら、身体や体調の変化に気づくことができる。
4. 生涯スポーツとレクリエーションの意義と課題を理解できる。

本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とします。受講期間中は、授業内容を踏まえ、自らの日常生活と結びつけながら情報収集に取り組んでください。また適宜文献を紹介しますので、復習時間に精読してください。

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
1. 実技授業の目標達成度(50%)、講義授業後に提出する課題(50%)の総合評価とします。
2. 10回以上の出席がない場合は単位を取得できません。
3. すべての課題において、以下を評価の基準とします。
・課題の内容を理解したものであるか
・授業の内容を適切に踏まえたものであるか
・レポートの体裁をなしたものであるか
・適切な引用がなされているか(盗用・剽窃などの不正行為をしていないか)
