Outline (in English)

This course provides with perspectives on the Internet in the context of multi-cultural cyberspace. It focuses on social media and covers research methods and techniques to analyze user community and behavior as networked entity.

Grading policy is as follows:
In-class contribution: 25%
Analysis report on reading assignment: 25%
Homework: 20%
Term paper: 30%

Your must achieve at least 60% in the overall grade to pass for academic credit.

The average study time outside of class per week would be approximately 4 hours.
