Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
This course introduces the foundations of the Graduate School of Intercultural Communication according to three domains of interdisciplinary research: multicultural interrelations, multiethnic coexistence, and multicultural informatics.
(Learning Objectives)
(1) To understand how to access bibliographic information necessary for research.
(2) To understand the interdisciplinary nature of research at the Graduate School of Intercultural Communication.
(3) To understand the methodologies used at this Graduate School to translate one's interests into research results.

(Learning activities outside of the classroom)
Students are expected to read the reference material and prepare for each class meeting (one to three hours for each session).
(Grading Criteria /Policy)
Assignments for each topic: 100% (10%x10 topics)
