Outline (in English)
Students will learn how international cooperation is implemented by Japan or international organizations to support. Students are required to prepare and review each lecture for two hours. Evaluation will be based on a report or the final exam.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
開発途上国が持続可能な開発を達成するために、日本や国際機関はどのような支援を実施しているのか、また、今後、どのように支援を行うべきなのかを学ぶ。将来、国際協力の分野に進んだ学生には、援助のあり方を考える基礎を習得する。
到達目標Goal
インフラ開発に伴う社会環境配慮と環境プロジェクトの相違を理解したうえで、世界銀行やアジア開発銀行、日本のＯＤＡがどのような仕組みで動いているかを理解する。その上で、以下の事例について学習する。
・過去に行われたダム建設に伴う住民移転から得られた教訓
・工業化に伴う公害対策の先例としての日本の公害経験
・気候変動対策における援助の方向性
これらをベースにして、持続可能な開発に向けた援助の方向性を見据える。

パワーポイントを用いて講義を進める。パワーポイントのコピーはHoppiiにアップする。
国際協力や条約交渉の現場で働く2名程度の実務家にプレゼンテーションを行って頂く予定である。海外勤務の方にはオンラインで行って頂く。日程はプレゼンターの都合によるので、授業の全体スケジュールはそれに応じて変更される。
