Outline (in English)

This is a supervised course in which you work autonomously and independently under the guidance of a supervisor of this class. The course helps to situate one’s own work within the broader debates in the social sciences through discussions on some key concepts, theories and methods used in the field of public policy. Students are expected to contribute to the discussion and to give a report of his/fer own research project at least once a semester, which are also the grading criteria. Throughout the semester each student must of course pursuit his/her own research project both before and after reporting. The goal of the seminar is to find students’ research theme of their own and the adequate theoretical framework for it. Each student should obtain the outline and conception of his/her doctoral dissertation.
