Outline (in English)

● Course outline
①Through real-world regional consulting cases, this course will explore their backgrounds, processes, outcomes, and challenges.
②It will also include practical exercises in consulting techniques.
③The course aims to deepen understanding of how consulting functions within the framework of local self-governance (at regional and city levels), focusing on its role and importance.

● Learning Objectives
①Case Study Analysis Skills: Learn basic theories and practical methods of regional consulting, and develop the ability to analyze various case studies.
②Skill Application: Gain experience in basic consulting skills, aiding future career planning.
③Understanding and Formulating Opinions on Local Governance: Through discussions, enhance the ability to form and express personal views on the significance of regional consulting and its role in local governance.

● Learning activities outside of classroom
You are expected to understand the outline of each case in advance by referring to the Internet.
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2hours each.

● Grading Criteria /Policy
Ordinary points (40%)
Evaluate by actively learning theory and methodology
Participation in discussion(30%)
Evaluate whether you are actively engaged in exercises for acquiring basic consulting skills
Report and presentation (30%)
The report will be considered based on specific cases of regional consulting. At that time, evaluate whether it is an appropriate case and whether it is sufficiently considered.
