Outline (in English)
Students will use more advanced grammar and vocabulary to communicate by activating language that they may have been previously taught, but have not been able to use to communicate more effectively in English.
Role Play tasks will be set to test student's ability to use more polished use of the structures and vocabulary taught on the course to accomplish communication with other speakers of English.
Pairwork and Group Work tasks will be used in class to augment and reinforce students' confidence to express themselves more effectively to others.
One written assignment will be set to explore students' use of the language in written form.

Students will use more advanced grammar and vocabulary to communicate by activating language that they may have been previously taught, but have not been able to use to communicate more effectively in English.

2. Students are encouraged to be more confident in taking control in communicating in English.
3. Students will improve overall English proficiency.

The purpose of the class is for students to feel encouraged to communication English using language they may already be aware of but have not used in actual spoken communication before.
Class activities and Role Play testing will encourage students to be more adventurous with this language and more proactive in their communication in English.

授業時間外の学習(準備学習・復習・宿題等)Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
Role-Play tasks will be set. Students will be expected to review language taught in class and use structures and vocabulary taught to make their negotiation of the role play task more successful and productive.
A written assignment based on themes raised in class will be set in the latter half of the class.
Some work in acquiring vocabulary related to the themes of units in the textbook will be done outside class.
