Outline (in English)

The environmental history is very young discipline. It is not until 1990s years that historians have dealt with environment. Before the background the lecture tries to explore some topics from the history of environment in modern Europe to learn how to study and discuss environment historically.

(Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.))
This lecture is based on the history of Europe in the 19th and 20th centuries. If you read the relevant part in a high school world history textbook, it will help you understand the lecture.

(Grading criteria)
Based on the normal score (0-10%) by the reaction paper and the report at the end of the semester (90-100%).
