Outline (in English)

The aim of the course is to further develop effective communication skills in English with a particular emphasis on listening and reading by utilizing the skills and vocabulary gained in English II(a). Students deal with more complex and sophisticated content presented in English that is relevant to their university life and subsequent academic work including lectures and academic texts.
[Learning Objectives]
By the end of the course, students should be able to do
thefollowings:
― Acquire fundamentals of English 4 skills; Reading,
Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
― Understand how to connect English texts.
― Develop critical thinking skills.
[Learning Activities Outside of Classroom]
You need to spend the same amount of time as the lesson itself for self-study both preview and review. Be sure to review what has been said during class to prepare yourself for next class.

40%: Participation in class activities.
40%: Examinations (Midterm / Final)
