Outline (in English)

【Course Outlin】 The main theme of this course is "lifelong health promotion". By taking this course, students will be able to understand the basic issues related to diet, exercise, rest, and social participation necessary for healthy longevity.
【Learning Objectives】By the end of this course, students should be able to: 1. Develop an interest in the maintenance and promotion of health and acquire basic knowledge about health promotion. 2. To be able to use what they have learned in this class to improve the health of themselves and their families.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】Students are expected to follow the lecturer's instructions regarding assignments to be done after class and preparation for the next class. The standard time for preparation and review for this class is 2 hours each.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】In this course, students will be asked to submit a short report at the end of each class. The content and submission status of the small report will account for 50% of the grade, and the content and submission status of the final report will account for the remaining 50%. The content of the short report and the final report will be evaluated in view of knowledge acquisition and consideration of its application to daily life.
