Outline (in English)

This is a continuation of the seminar from the spring semester. Psychological well-being is a concept which is defined as lives going well. It is the combination of feeling good and functioning effectively as a member of society. In this autumn seminar, students will read books and articles about cultural and positive psychologies and discuss how we can attain psychological well-being from different psychological perspectives from those we discuss in the spring term. Through these learning experiences, this course hopes students to obtain abilities to capture human beings from different perspectives and angles.
