Outline (in English)
【授業の概要(Course outline)】This course is for students who aim to achieve 600+ points on TOEIC Listening & Reading Test. The course provides students the vocabulary and grammatical lessons. Students are expected to review their mistakes and improve their weaknesses.
【到達目標(Learning Objectives)】There are three goals for this course. 1) Archive 600+ points at TOEIC Listening & Reading Test. 2)Analyze your own mistakes and weaknesses. 3) Come up with a solution to improve your weaknesses.
【授業時間外の学習(Learning activities outside of the classroom)】 University guidelines suggest preparation and review should be around an hour a week for a one-credit course.
【成績評価の方法と基準(Grading Criteria /Policy)】
Class Participation (30%), Weekly Vocabulary Quiz (20%), Final Exam (50%)
In principle, no more than four absences per semester are allowed.
Late arrivals are considered up to 30 minutes after the class starts, and late arrivals of 30 minutes or more are considered absent.
Two late arrivals will be counted as one absence.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
この授業では、TOEIC Listening & Reading Test600点以上を目指し、主にリーディングとリスニングの解答テクニックの習得を目標とします。また、600点の取得に必要な語彙力と文法の基礎知識を学び、実践力を養うことを目標とします。この授業では予習よりも復習が大切です。反復学習を行う中で自分のミスを分析し、解決のアプローチを探す訓練をします。春学期の「英語検定試験対策I」受講による自身の到達度を確認し、より効果的な学習プランを立てましょう。
到達目標Goal
・TOEIC Listening & Reading Testを受験し、600点以上をとる。
・TOEIC受験に向けた学習の中で自分の苦手を分析することができる。
・苦手に対して、解決のアプローチを考え実行することができる。

第2回から第13回授業において単語テストを行います。テキストに沿って、リスニング問題や読解問題などを解き、解説を行います。各自、解説・フィードバックを受けてテキストの復習をし、単語の暗記を行ってください。

平常点 (30%), Weekly Vocabulary Quiz (20%), 期末試験 (50%)
原則として、学期期間中に4回以上欠席した場合は単位習得を認めません。
遅刻は授業開始時刻から30分までとし、30分以上の遅刻は欠席とします。
遅刻2回で欠席1回とみなします。
