Outline (in English)
This class is for students who are not confident in their basic English proficiency. Acquire basic grammar, vocabulary, and listening skills, and acquire practical skills that can be used in society.
Goal: Acquire comprehensive basis English
(1) Acquire basic grammar skills
(2) Acquire basic reading comprehension
(3) Acquire listening skills and daily conversation skills
Preparatory learning
For vocabulary and translations that you do not understand, look up the dictionary and prepare. Listen to the CD and check the pronunciation. Do text exercises.
Review
Review that what you learned in class.
Grading Criteria/Policy
Final exam: 50%
Normal point: 50%(Participation in class, attitude, presentation)
Grade evaluation criteria
(1) Understanding the contents
(2) Acquire the daily English Conversation
(3) Acquire listening skills and interpretation
Credits can not be earned if absent 4 times or more.

春学期に続き、この授業では、基礎的な英語に自信のない学生を対象にしています。基礎文法力、語彙力、リスニング力を身につけ、社会で使用できる実践力を身につけます。発表中心の授業になります。

総合的な英語基礎力を身につける。

(2) 基礎読解力を身につける
(3) リスニング力、日常会話力を身につける。

授業形式は、テキストを中心に演習授業になります。各学生は予習をして授業に臨むことを原則とします。文法の解説、語彙力、リスニング力向上のための訓練を行い、実践力を身につけていきます。発表後、毎回アドバイスする。

授業時間外の学習（準備学習・復習・宿題等）Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、合わせて1時間を標準とします。/University guidelines suggest preparation and review should be around an hour a week for a one-credit course.
準備学習：分からない語彙、訳があれば辞書を引き予習しておくこと。CDを聞き、発音を確認しておくこと。練習問題を予習しておくこと。
復習：授業内で習得した内容について、復習して下さい。
