Outline (in English)

This class is aimed at improving English skills acquired in freshmen's courses. Students will read articles and listen to conversations about various aspects of modern society. Through these language activities, students will deepen their understanding of our society and learn to express their opinions critically.
[Learning Objectives]
1. Students can read English passages accurately
2. Students can master necessary vocabularies and expressions for reading English passages.
3. Student understand English grammar.
4. Students get the knowledge about a variety of social problems.

[Learning activities outside of classroom]
University guidelines suggest preparation and review should be around an hour a week for a one-credit course.
