Outline (in English)
This is a content-based English learning class focusing on potential social changes caused by technological developments. Students will also develop reading, listening, speaking and writing skills. The goal is for students to be able to read aloud fluently and to write a well-organized paragraph about their own opinions. You will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than one hour for a class. The overall grade of the course will be determined by the final examination (40%), the home assignment (30%) and the in-class contribution (30%). In principle, no more than 3 absences per semester are allowed.
