Outline (in English)

This lecture aims to examine business succession, an urgent issue for the Japanese economy, by business management issue. First, based on the characteristics of Japan's corporate environment, which is said to have the largest number of long-established companies, we will clarify the challenges of business succession by comparing data for each type of business succession. We will examine the differences in challenges between large and small companies in business succession, as well as the differences between family and third-party successions.
