Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
We will study legal relations in labor law, From the time you are a student, working part-time or looking for a job, the law has had a lot to do with your work. However, there are not many opportunities to learn about labor and law. In this lecture, building on the general knowledge of law covered in Law I in the spring semester students will learn about labor laws that are relevant to them from the time they are students, such as overtime pay for part-time work, annual paid leave, Workplace accidents, and Rescission of employment offer. In this lecture, students will learn about labor laws that are relevant to them from the time they are students, such as overtime pay for part-time work, annual paid leave, work-related accidents, and employment offers and their revocation. Next, we will examine important issues related to work, such as wages, working hours, reassignment, and dismissal. We will also examine constitutional issues related to labor. Students will also learn about EU labor law, including human rights, equality, and regulations under EU labor law.

(Learning Objectives)
Gain knowledge of the structure and legal regulations of labor contracts, which are developmental contracts. This will provide students with a correct understanding based on accurate legal knowledge of legal relations in the case of work.
Students will also gain a legal understanding of international legal relations such as the EU, including EU directives, the EU court system, and the EU social security system from the perspective of labor.
Deepen their understanding so that they can theoretically explain the constitutional issues involved in the above points.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Read the relevant textbook pages and handouts carefully. In addition, students are expected to follow up on relevant newspaper articles and news. The standard preparation and review time for this class is two hours each.
(Grading Criteria /Policy)
Students will be evaluated based on their performance in the final examination using mark sheets (80%), plus reports submitted during the spring semester (20%) to measure their achievement in (1) legal knowledge of labor relations, (2) understanding of EU law, and (3) understanding of constitutional issues as stated in the achievement objectives section. A total of 60 to 69 points will be awarded as C, 70 to 79 points as B, 80 to 89 points as A, and 90 points or more as A+ or S.
