Outline (in English)

Objectives of this class are to learn information processing and information systems based on the information representation, reception, transmission. This class also has the role of guidance to major information science subjects such as information system, network, multimedia, programming.

The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Each student is expected to prepare and review using the textbook before and after the class.
When assignments are given, please complete them in time for the deadline and submit them according to the instructions in the learning support system.
It is also recommended that you do the exercises and end-of-chapter problems in the textbook that are not assigned, if you have time.

Distribution.
Normal score 10%, report 30%, touch typing test 10%, final exam 50%.
Evaluation Criteria
Students will be evaluated based on their participation in class. If you are absent more than four times, your grade will be capped at B. If you are absent more than six times, your grade will be capped at E.
Reports will be evaluated on the appropriateness of content and expression.
The touch-typing test will evaluate the amount and accuracy of the typing.
The final exam will be a test of your understanding of the material covered in class.
