Outline (in English)

Leaning how to communicate with consumers.
We have been hearing more and more of these concerns from corporate PR staff.
While PR opportunities are expanding for individuals and start-ups that previously had no contact with the mass media due to the diversification of information transmission tools and media, the skills that companies and CEOs demand of PR personnel are expanding, and the burden on PR staff who have to deal with multiple media is increasing.
In a society where a vast amount of information flows from old media such as newspapers and TV to SNS and video platforms, participants will learn the current situation and methods surrounding information dissemination in order to effectively utilize the media while preparing for new risks.
