Outline (in English)

A project is a value-creating undertaking that aims to achieve its objectives within a specified period of time and under specified constraints, including resources and circumstances.
Project management is the application of the most appropriate knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to successfully deliver a project to meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of the business unit and other stakeholders.
This course systematically teaches project management knowledge through lectures on global standard project management knowledge and exercises based on each students own projects in INOMANE.
