Outline (in English)

【Course Outline】The course will examine cases illustrating the concept of community-based inclusive development both in Japan and internationally, analyzing them from a sustainability perspective and exploring their cyclical and interactive strengths and challenges.
【Learning Objectives】By the end of the course, students are expected to visualize various initiatives implemented in Japan and abroad, gaining the ability to connect these visualizations to new field practices.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】Before or after each class, students will be expected to spend 2 hours to understand the course contents.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】Grading will be determined by a combination of in-class contribution (50%) and the evaluation of reports and presentations (50%).
