Outline (in English)

The aim of the course is to develop effective communication
skills in English with a particular emphasis on listening
and speaking. Students will use English to understand and
respond to content that is relevant to their university life and
subsequent academic work.
[Learning Objectives]
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the
followings:
― Acquire fundamentals of English 4 skills; Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
― Understand how to connect English texts.
― Develop critical thinking skills.
[Learning Activities Outside of Classroom]
You need to spend the same amount of time as the lesson itself
for self-study both preview and review. Be sure to review what
has been said during class to prepare yourself for next class.
[Grading Criteria / Policy]
40%: Participation in class activities.
40%: Examinations (Midterm / Final).
20%: Assignments and Quizzes.
