Outline and objectives

This course will improve students overall English ability.

Goal

The goals of this course are to:
1. increase students confidence and fluency in speaking and presentation
2. teach students useful words and expressions
3. give students practice at listening, reading and writing.

We will do listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. We will listen to dialogues, learn new vocabulary and phrases, practice grammar, and talk about many different topics in English.

If classes are conducted online, homework should be sent to the teacher via email. Homework will be marked and sent back to students. If classes are held in classrooms, students' workbook will be collected, marked and returned.

After each graded presentation, a general feedback will be given to the class. In addition, students will receive a group/individual feedback. Feedback will be written on a piece of paper if we have offline classes, or sent via email if classes are conducted remotely.
