Outline (in English)
This course is designed to develop students' English presentation skills. Students will understand what a good presentation entails and be able to apply their knowledge to deliver English presentations. In the semester, students will learn basic presentation skills and on-stage performance including posture, gesture, and position, as well as English prosody and useful expressions and vocabulary items. At the completion of this course, students will be able to deliver a presentation in English on topics that are familiar or of personal interest, ranging from future plans, on-campus events, club or circle activities to domestic or international current news and social or global issues. Students will also be able to appropriately design and use visual aids (PowerPoint slides). For the purpose of this course, each class meeting involves various activities such as group discussions, writing scripts, peer reviews, and creating visual aids. Students are encouraged to work on such activities in English.

身近な話題や個人的に関心のある話題について，英文を読み，英語でプレゼンテーションができる能力を習得する。
英語の資格試験の問題形式を用いて総合的に英語力を伸ばす。
到達目標Goal
英語の情報を適切に理解し，身近な話題や個人的に関心のある話題について，話かかりやすく英語で伝えることができるようになること。
プレゼンテーションで用いるスライドを英語で作成できるようになること。
英語の語彙力・読解力・表現力を伸ばすこと。
