Outline (in English)

This course will provide an Introduction to Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a scientific discipline that studies human behavior in the workplace.The goal of this course to engage students in thinking critically about the needs of workplaces and understand how the science of Industrial and Organizational Psychology helps address those needs. Students will also develop skills for analyzing and integrating social phenomena from the perspective of Industrial and Organizational psychology.
