Outline (in English)

This is a lecture by an active publisher on the history of postwar publication and books on humanities. We consider the process of formation and spread of social criticism while focusing on the thinkers, books on humanities and publishers that most remarkably influenced the postwar Japan from 1945 to the 1980s. Finally, we think about the impact and meaning of those thoughts on our society.
