Outline (in English)

This course deals with “Adaptation”. By “adaptation” we mean the creation of works based on other works such as making a movie inspired from a comic book. We can find many adapted works around us. In this course, I will pick up the novels and plays (theater scripts) because we can read them as published texts. Students can learn the differences between an original work and adapted one, and also what influences these differences.
