The purpose of the seminar is to improve the presentation, leadership, management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills of students through group projects to become effective leaders, managers, and team members in society.

The purpose of the seminar is to improve the presentation, leadership, management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills of students through group projects to become effective leaders, managers, and team members in society.

Students will analyze project management and leadership skills, as well as apply those skills to their own communication and actions.

Students will discuss and practice different methods of leading and managing teams of their own, and report on discoveries about themselves. This will then be applied to real team projects within the course, with self and peer-reflection activities to follow.
Feedback on course assignments will primarily be given through classroom discussions in-person and on Google Classroom.
