The goal of this course is to develop students' basic listening and presentation skills. Students will listen to lectures and watch videos related to time management and self development. They will study techniques for making positive changes in their lives and report weekly on an effort to improve.

One goal is to improve listening and speaking skills through study of vocabulary and material on self improvement.

Classroom activities will include listening, completing exercises and discussing reports. Students may write and deliver mini-speeches on related topics. The teacher may change activities or the pace of activities depending on student needs.

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
Point breakdown: 40% participation, 40% weekly tests/homework, 20% final test. The objectives, course plan, materials and system for evaluation may be changed to better meet the needs of the learners.
