Outline (in English)

This course addresses why most startups fail. It starts with the major two startup methods, waterfall and lean-startup
. Then, it shows the five pitfalls on the way from seed stage to exit and the different causes of every pitfall are discussed. It also explores the major ways to cope with them. Students are assigned to improve their own business projects based on the insights obtained during this course.
