Outline (in English)

This course (Information Processing Techniques I, II) aims to acquire knowledge of information processing techniques for psychology reports and graduation theses. In the fall semester (Information Processing Techniques II), students will learn how to use PsychoPy (or lab.js, jsPsych) which can visually construct experiments and JASP (or R) which can perform statistical analysis visually. Techniques to be instructed are, for example, control of stimulus, setting of if-else conditions (by PsychoPy), ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and exploratory factor analysis (by JASP).
