成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
All students will be graded on class attendance, classwork, attitude, essays, and the final examination.
50% Classwork and Participation, 30% Essays, 20% Final Examination.
*Student Classroom Evaluation: All students will be evaluated weekly in class for overall classroom work and interaction. Non-active participation or sleeping in class is not allowed and will seriously hurt final grade evaluation. Attendance is also very important in order to receive a passing grade. You must attend class every week and be active in training.
学生の意見等からの気づきChanges following student comments
I have made a number of changes in my course based on last year's student surveys. If a student tries his or her best despite limitations in the language and has perfect or near-perfect attendance, this will have a positive influence on your final grade. However, chronic absences will only hurt you in the end, so make sure that you come to class.
