Outline (in English)

After finishing the spring term, the fall term will focus on children’s literature from the Showa era to present, from specific authors or genres and observe their styles and features of each. Students will view children’s literature from the media that involve children, as well as read and consider children’s literature itself, and through doing so, they will observe the present times, utilizing children’s literature as a tool. They will make a presentation on their evaluation of recommended children’s books.
