Outline (in English)

Facilitation is one of the skills and mindsets necessary for the policy process in an increasingly complex and diverse society. It is an approach that supports and promotes co-creation and collaboration among diverse people by creating a participatory space. In this class, you will understand and acquire the position of participation and deliberation in the policy process, the significance of facilitation in this process, the basic knowledge and skills for effective facilitation, and the mindset for acting as a facilitator through lectures and exercises.
