Outline (in English)

Economics can be divided into “micro” and “macro”. The “micro” part views individual actors of the economy, such as consumers, households and firms and the market economics of larger scale producers. We examine demand and supply and other market mechanisms. The “macro” part takes an overall look at the economy starting with measuring economic performance, followed by learning the model of circular flow. This makes it possible to grasp how households, firms and governments interact with each other, and also understand the role of the financial sector in countries as well as in the world economy. Some topics might include rather unfamiliar notion, but all will enrich your ability to think as an economist and to analyze those decision-making processes of all individuals, consumers, firms, and governments.
