Outline (in English)

The ground motion of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions in the Japan Islands are giving a real sense of the living earth. This lecture explains how the earth has appeared and evolution, and how the earth's actions work from the point of view of solid earth science. Also, explain the forecast of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions and ask them to understand the possibilities and limitations of earth science to contribute to society.
