Outline and objectives

Today's marketing challenge is to create lively and interactive communities of consumers who make products and brands a part of their daily lives. In this course, students learn how to create customer value and acquire loyal customers. The content consists of five main themes:
1. Essence of marketing and addressing market competition,
2. Identifying and understanding customer value,
3. Creating and delivering customer value,
4. Persuading and communicating customer value,
5. Innovation in marketing.
This class will help students to understand the innovative frameworks for customer value and customer relationship that capture the essence of today's marketing.
