(Course outline)This class takes up and outlines research topics associated with industrial and systems engineering, ranging from applied mathematics, mathematical programming, to social engineering.
Recent advances on several themes may be highlighted as well.

This class takes up and outlines research topics associated with industrial and systems engineering, ranging from applied mathematics, mathematical programming, to social engineering. Recent advances on several themes may be highlighted as well. Alongside expertise in each laboratory, attendees shall acquire broader range of knowledge and skill in relation to the department. / 経営システム工学に関する研究を行う上で有用と思われるテーマをいくつか取り上げ,講義や演習を行う.授業は原則として英語で行われる.

The class will be conducted by seven lecturers. Each will take up one or several topics associated with expertise. Some would be seminal or introductory lectures, some could be discussions, while others might be exercise or investigation. The orders of the candidate topics may be changed.
